Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead global segmentation, audience persona development, and journey
mapping
Own the global marketing strategic planning calendar and facilitate
alignment across teams
Establish project management disciplines and ensure accountability
across distributed teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Behavioral Science,
Strategy, or related field; Master's degree preferred
10+ years of experience in marketing strategy, customer insights,
or strategic planning roles
Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role managing
cross-functional teams
Proven experience in segmentation, journey mapping, and marketing
operations at a global level
Experience working in a global environment with diverse cultures
and teams
