Your next role as a Miracle Maker
We seek a #MiracleMaker to join our Product Management team as a Senior Staff Product Manager, overseeing product management and forecasting for TriLink's CleanCap reagent and licensing business. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, you will evaluate sales performance, develop strategic plans, and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
How you will make an impact:


  • Develop tools to analyze and grow the TriLink CleanCap Reagent and Licensing business, reporting performance against goals.
  • Forecast and analyze market share, including RUO and GMP raw materials and related services.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitive issues, and market intelligence relevant to our product portfolio.
  • Coordinate with Quality, Legal, Manufacturing, R&D, and Sales to ensure excellent customer experience and successful product launches.
  • Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to inform strategy.
  • Align customer requirements with capabilities to ensure timely delivery of new products.
  • Develop and communicate strategies, provide sales training, and enhance marketing efforts.
  • Conduct financial analysis and business research to assess product performance.
  • Monitor product portfolio performance and recommend strategies for lifecycle management.
  • Create marketing materials and develop innovative programs.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and perform other duties as needed.

    The skills and experience you will bring:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, Biomedical Science, or Genomics; MSc, MBA, or PhD preferred.
    • Minimum 5 years in the biopharmaceutical industry, with at least 3 years in product management or customer-facing roles, preferably in a CDMO setting.
    • Technical expertise in nucleic acids, gene editing, cell therapy, or bioprocessing.
    • Experience with CRM and ERP systems, such as SFDC and NetSuite.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Collaborative work style with strong relationship-building abilities.
    • Strong organizational, project management, and strategic skills.
    • Data analysis skills with the ability to derive actionable insights.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail in a results-driven environment.

      Compensation & Benefits
      The anticipated salary range is $170,000 - $190,000, complemented by long-term incentives, equity, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. Salary offers depend on skills, experience, and location.
