Job Description:
SUMMARY:
Under direct supervision of the Campus Academic Dean, the
Laboratory Technician is responsible for the maintenance of
equipment and instruments, maintains cleanliness and safety
procedures and manages requisitions for supplies within the
laboratory setting. Provides assistance to instructors for the
purpose of preparing for laboratory lessons according to assigned
schedule and assisting students during instruction.
EDUCATION:
Masters degree in an appropriate field of science preferred.
Bachelors degree will be accepted with at least five additional
years of laboratory experience
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE :
Minimum of 1 year experience as a laboratory technician working in
any fileds of biological sciences.
Experience with MS Office.
