Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mental Health Counselor -
LPC/LMFT/LCSW (Remote/Hybrid).
Key Responsibilities
Provide evaluation, assessment, and treatment through individual,
marital, family, and group therapy
Conduct triage, crisis intervention, diagnosis, education, and
discharge of patients
Collaborate with providers and agencies to ensure continuity of
care through effective communication
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Master's or doctoral degree in professional counseling, social
work, or marriage and family therapy
Current State of Wisconsin license as a Professional Counselor,
Clinical Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist
Experience working with patients across all age ranges with various
mental health issues
Experience in conducting thorough intake assessments and providing
ongoing treatment
Experience in a team environment and completing timely
documentation
