Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Behavioral Health Referral
Navigator.
Key Responsibilities
Support patients and referring partners in connecting to
appropriate care
Review eligibility criteria, verify insurance, and schedule initial
assessment appointments
Assist patients in self-referring for services and connect them to
community partners when necessary
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Health, Social Work, or
a related field, or a MHRT/C with three years of mental health
service experience
One year of experience in the relevant areas of specialization is
required
Prior experience with referral management is preferred
Excellent computer skills are preferred
