Traveler is hiring an experienced Home Health RN for a day shift
assignment in Orange County, CA, requiring a CA RN license and
skilled home health experience. Responsibilities - Work in home
health covering Orange County, CA and surrounding areas - Day
shifts, 8 hours each (5x8 schedule), 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM - Caseload
may include up to 6 patient visits per day with a 30-point
productivity standard - No on-call requirements - One weekend shift
per contract required - No floating between units required - Locals
within a 50 mile radius considered at the same rate - Free parking
provided and mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rates -
Documentation performed in HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) - Responsible
for providing skilled nursing care in a home health setting -
Routes are designed to minimize drive time, with occasional travel
up to 50 miles - No standard scrub color required - Must provide
two professional references from supervisors within the past 2
years - First-time travelers are not accepted for this role
Requirements - Active CA RN license required (pending license
accepted) - Minimum 1 year of skilled home health RN experience
required - Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required
- OASIS documentation experience required - Experience charting in
HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) required - Must have own reliable
