Job Description:
Description The Infection Control Coordinator is responsible for
infection control surveillance, consultation, education, regulatory
agency compliance, quality control and quality/performance
improvement for St Joseph Heritage Healthcare, Statewide.
Responsible for planning, developing, directing, implementing, and
evaluating the infection prevention program and ensures compliance
with all regulatory requirements. Collects, reports, and presents
statistical information regarding infection control. Providence

them. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Or
Associate’s Degree of Nursing with enrollment in a BSN program to
be completed within 2 years. - Upon hire: California Registered
Nurse License - Experience in Infection Control. - 5 years of
experience as a Registered Nurse including both areas of ambulatory
care and acute care nursing. Preferred Qualifications: - Master's
Degree in Nursing. - Upon hire: Certified in Infection Control
