Job Description A healthcare network in California is actively seeking a licensed Family Medicine Physician to join one of their federally qualified health centers (FQHCs) in Los Angeles. About the Opportunity: Schedule: Monday to Friday Hours: 9am to 5pm (with one later night per week) Setting: Outpatient Speciality: Primary Care Patient Population: All ages Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages in an outpatient community health setting Perform routine physicals, preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visit evaluations Support underserved and diverse populations with a focus on access, equity, and continuity of care Collaborate with behavioral health, care management, dental, and specialty referral teams Maintain accurate documentation and follow quality metrics, compliance standards, and value-based care goals Qualifications: Licensed to practice medicine in the state of California Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine Desired Skills: Bilingual (English and Spanish or Korean)
