Job Description & Requirements Registered Nurse – Perioperative
Nurse - Operating Room - Travel - (OR RN) StartDate: 12/16/2025
Available Shifts: 8 N Pay Rate: $2678.88 - $2952.23 55 bed OR unit
and 6 beds in the surgery center Daily census is 55 Total of beds
in the unit: 5 OR Suites. Average daily census is: 35-40 cases per
day, 700 cases a month. Nurse to patient ratios 1:1 for all shifts.
No Ancillary Staff. Patients range in age from Neonates to
Geriatrics. Staff works in 8 hour shifts. Unit patient population:
General Surgery, Ortho, Neuro surg., GYNE, Vascular, ENT, Eyes,
Urology, Plastics (reconstrusctions). Required Certs: BLS, CST for
scrub techs. Patient Care Delivery System: Team. Medication system:
Pyxis profile. Special Unit Procedures: All surgeries except open
heart. Documentation System: Combination. Supplemental Staff
required to float when necessary. Scrubs can be any color, RN
provides their own scrubs Required Qualifications Registered Nurse,
