Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (06:30 - 17:00) Scheduling Type: Self Years of

Certifications: ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) BLS
(Basic Life Support) Skills: Experience in Electrophysiology (EP)
Lab Experience in Hybrid OR Experience in Interventional Radiology
Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiac Catheterizations Cardiac Cath
Lab Procedures, including: ASD Closures Cardiac Implant Closure
Device IABP Placement/Removal Impella Insertion
Pacemaker/Defibrillator Lead Extraction/Removal Rotablator
Atherectomy Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR)
Valvuloplasty Ventricular Assist Device Insertion Cardiac Stent
Placement Electrophysiology Procedures, including: Arrhythmia
Induction Cardiac Ablation Insertion/Programming of AICDs Pacemaker
Insertion IV Therapy, including: Assistance with Central Line
Insertion/Management Starting and Maintaining IVs Procedural
Sedation Administration/Monitoring Interpretation/Management of
Dysrhythmias Call Requirements: Requires call 2 nights per week and
1 weekend every 2 weeks, with a total of 7 days on call per pay
period. Patient Age Groups: Adults, Geriatrics Number of Rooms: 4
Rooms Interdisciplinary Support: Includes Interpretation Services
and Pharmacy support. Special Equipment: Impella Balloon Pump
Additional Information: This position includes weekend coverage,
with potential for exceeding the every other weekend requirement to
meet unit needs. Orientation hours required: 40. Hospital
