Oceanside, CA Shift: Rotating Shifts (12-hour, typically 18:00 –
07:00) Assignment Type: Contract / Travel Compensation: $1,800 –

seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Emergency Room
Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Oceanside, California .
The Pediatric ER RN will provide high-quality, family-centered care
to children experiencing urgent and emergent medical conditions.
The ideal candidate has strong pediatric assessment skills, can
work efficiently under pressure, and is committed to providing
exceptional care to young patients and their families. Key
Responsibilities: Deliver expert, evidence-based nursing care to
pediatric patients in an emergency setting. Triage and prioritize
patient care based on acuity. Administer medications, treatments,
and emergency interventions as prescribed. Collaborate with
physicians and interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive
care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system.
Support and educate patients and families regarding treatment plans
and follow-up care. Adhere to infection control, safety, and

Requirements Qualifications & Requirements: Active Registered Nurse
(RN) license in California (unrestricted). Minimum 2 years of
recent Pediatric ER or Emergency Department experience . BLS , PALS
, and ACLS certifications required; ENPC preferred. Proficient in
pediatric triage, stabilization, and trauma care. Excellent
critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to
work rotating shifts , including weekends and holidays.
