St. Francis Medical Center, a 354-bed acute care facility and a proud member of the Prime Healthcare system, is seeking a dedicated Critical Care Physician to join our multi-specialty medical group in Lynwood, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to provide advanced ICU care in one of Los Angeles Countys busiest trauma and emergency centers. Position Highlights Employment: Hospital-owned multi-specialty group Schedule: 7 ON / 7 OFF shifts Clinical Focus: Comprehensive ICU care for critically ill patients Procedures: Intubations, central line and arterial line placements, ventilator management Teamwork: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, APPs, and nurses Responsibilities: ICU rounds, admissions, consultations, and high-quality patient care Compensation & Benefits Base salary: Starting at $375,000/year (negotiable, based on experience) Production bonus 1099 Independent Contractor model Health insurance: Self-funded EPO (HMO) at no cost to provider Retirement plan: 401(k) CME allowance Malpractice insurance coverage About St. Francis Medical Center Founded in 1945, St. Francis Medical Center is a trusted community resource serving Southeast Los Angeles.
