Job Description Job Description Job Title: Travel RN Case Management Utilization Review Location: Carmichael, CA Salary Range: From $1,900 to $2,500 per week Shift: 8-hour Day Shift (Monday to Friday) Duration: [Specify Number of Weeks] (Contract) Job Description Elitecare Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced Travel RN Case Manager for Utilization Review in Carmichael, CA. This role is crucial for ensuring that patients receive appropriate care while managing healthcare resources effectively. Key Responsibilities Conduct utilization reviews to assess the appropriateness of patient admissions and continued stays. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies. Document patient assessments and review findings accurately and timely. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers regarding care options and resources. Requirements Licensure/Certification: Current RN license for the state of California. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA). COVID vaccination card. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN Case Manager in Utilization Review. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using the Cerner charting system is required. Additional Information Schedule: 8-hour shifts (5x8) from Monday to Friday. Weekly Pay: Includes taxable wages and per diems (non-taxable stipend) if eligible.
