-Obtain service area assignment(s) at the beginning of each shift.
This can include working in the bar/lounge, dining room, private
party areas & beverage storage areas.
-Make sure the food line and service area are set up properly.
-Ensure accurate delivery of food to the correct position
-Use the full name of dish, temperature or instructions when
-Remove used tableware between courses and provide tableware for
-Clear tables after guests. Take tableware to dish room and place
silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for
-Promptly clean table tops, chairs and booths between seating.

manager or immediate supervisor.
-Washes dishes in the absence of the dishwasher and/or as directed
by the servers and manager.
Abide by legal standards and TIPS alcohol training guidelines for
alcohol service to guests.
Works as a Team member to maintain pleasant work environment:
