Job Description:
Job Description Be part of a medical network that knows access

mobilizing our members, staff, partners, and leaders. In this
position, you will be responsible for answering all incoming
telephone calls for the medical/dental offices. This position is
primarily responsible for the scheduling, rescheduling, and
canceling of appointments. This position's responsibilities also
include the screening and transferring of phone calls, answering
patient questions, appointment confirmations, and patient
registration. We are looking for compassionate, tech-savvy
individuals with great communication skills, a customer service
background, and the ability to be flexible with their work
schedules. The pay rate is $18.50 /Hr. The training schedule for
the first 4-6 weeks is Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm.
Shifts of 40 hours per week will be assigned after training within
our hours of operation which are as follows: Monday through Friday
7:45 am to 9 pm and Saturday and Sunday 9:30 am to 6 pm. We will do
our best to accommodate schedule requests and restrictions, but
