Job DescriptionUmami Burger x C3 by sbe COUNTER CULINARY MEMBER
Position Summary The Counter Culinary member is in charge of
cooking, assembling, and packaging finished food items. Counter
Culinary members are able to maintain excellent food quality and
safety while quickly and efficiently fulfilling orders. The Counter
Culinary Members focus is production and demand planning and may
assist with guests as needed. Primary Responsibilities Prepare food
items at station according to recipes and preset time limits.
Strong menu knowledge with the ability to make recommendations
based on individual tastes and dietary needs. Advise guests on menu
allergens and ingredients. Coordinate with team in filling ordering
items. Follow all food safety and health department regulations.
Operate and sanitize all equipment (including rotisserie and other
specialized machinery) in a safe and proper manner. Address guest
concerns swiftly in a solution-oriented manner. Complete assigned
cleaning and restocking tasks, maintaining a safe work environment.
Maintain knowledge of product offerings, upcoming initiatives, and
company policy. Be welcoming and engaging in all guest
interactions. Be flexible and willing to assist with other
departments duties as needed Qualifications Previous kitchen
experience, including knife skills, a plus Welcoming and helpful
attitude toward our guests and fellow team members Ability to work
well both independently and as a part of a team Physical Abilities
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than
or equal to 35 pounds without assistance. Requires grasping,
standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing,
listening and hearing ability and visual acuity. Stand, sit, or
walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting,
