If you re ready for an exciting new career, come Stand-Up with Kendon.Job duties: Field inbound sales calls from consumers and dealers; capture and process orders Provide exceptional customer service to our consumers and dealers Champion the Kendon brand by becoming an expert on product features and benefits Develop new dealers and relationships through sales outreach efforts Maintain dealer relationships through frequent phone and email contact Resolve customer warranty issues Perform post-sale customer follow-up and care Assist with marketing efforts as needed Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc. Contribute and work well with our team by accomplishing related results as neededJob Requirements Self-disciplined with ability to work independently Strong closing techniques with customer-centered approach Excellent communication skillsSkills & experience: Minimum 3 years previous experience required Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Quickbooks experience a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Motorcycle and powersports industry experience is a plus Exceptional people skills and the desire to help people Highly organized self-starter High school degree required Some college preferred Social media and online sales experience is a plusCompensation: Salary depends on experience ($35K - $55K/yr.)If you believe that you have an entrepreneurial spirit, are highly motivated, and like to control your own income, then this position is for you.
