Do you love transforming spaces into spotlessly clean
sanctuaries? We're hiring a professional housekeeper to help us
ensure our hotel guests have a wonderful stay with us. You'll
perform basic cleaning duties like making beds, washing sheets,
mopping, dusting, and ironing; you'll also restock supplies and
make sure restrooms and common areas are clean and orderly. Job
seekers should be personable, organized, and enjoy working on a
Mop, vacuum, make beds, change sheets, do laundry, stock rooms, and
do other cleaning duties as assigned

Manage the cleanliness of common spaces such as the hallways,
public restrooms, and hotel lobby
Document rooms cleaned, and report lost and found items and any
damage or repairs needed
Perform cleaning duties and arrange guest rooms to our hotel's
standard before guests arrive
Cleans all public areas including entrances, doorways sidewalks,
restrooms, restaurants, meeting areas and lobbies. Clean guest
rooms. Responsible for the delivery of all facets of floor care,
including, but not limited to, carpet cleaning, marble care and
restoration, and cleaning and maintaining other hard floor
surfaces. Room Attendants will strip beds and remove linens.
Reports damage, mechanical deficiencies, suspicious activities or
Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
--- Cleans all areas of the property's guest rooms according to
standards and procedures. Assigned responsibilities typically
include changing linens and making beds, cleaning bathrooms,
sweeping and dusting guest rooms, emptying trash, maintaining the
cleanliness of balconies and terraces, and cleaning and dusting
room furnishings as assigned.
--- Restocks guestroom amenities and literature as needed.
--- Maintains linen closet in a clean, neat, and orderly manner.
Assists with restocking as assigned.
--- Responds to guest requests pertaining to room cleanliness,
amenities, and linen to exceed guest satisfaction.
--- Immediately reports any noted repairs or maintenance of
guestrooms, public areas, or back-of-the-house areas.
--- Resolves guest complaints within scope of authority, otherwise
refer the matter to management. Notifies supervisor and/or Security
of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged
--- Notifies the front desk of anything that needs to be repaired
--- Will adhere to Marriott Brand standards for cleanliness
Other Responsibilities/Supportive Functions:
--- Retrieves, stocks, restocks, and stores the housekeeping cart
according to prescribed housekeeping, safety, and security
procedures and regulations.
--- Returns any items found in guest rooms, hallways, or back of
the house to the housekeeping department and logs appropriate
information such as the date, where it was found, description of
the item, and the name of the person who found it.
--- Cleans all corridors and service areas as assigned.
--- Notifies management of unsafe conditions, needed maintenance of
any rooms or equipment, and any accidents.
Possesses a strong work ethic with exemplary organizational, time
management, and communication skills
At least 1 year of experience as a professional housekeeper
Good understanding of cleaning techniques and products
Graduated high school, received G.E.D or equivalent
