The Table Service Restaurant; (TSR) Culinary Person in our Table Service Restaurants is responsible for welcoming and interacting with our Guests in a positive and friendly manner, greeting and seating, working in one of the following positions: Podium Greeter and Seater/Setter assisting Guests and Cast Members with directions, event schedules, and other information or assistance as needed to provide excellent Guest and Cast service. Basic Qualifications :

• You must be 18 years of age to be considered for this rolePrevious work experience in table service restaurants Experience problem solving, ability to be flexible and maintain poise and high energy throughout Must be able to maintain professionalism and confidence in high-pressure situations Must maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked and well-organized work area Perform all job related functions in a cordial and friendly manner, committed to exceeding Guest's expectations Must possess computer experience and technical proficiency in booking, changing, and updating reservations. Should have the ability to multitask independently in fast-paced environments while accurately inputting detailed information into the reservation system with continual computer use.Maintain the integrity of the Disney brand and provide Guests with the most accurate Resort information Additional Information : SCHEDULE AVAILABILTYOur Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.
  This role is Part Time during non-peak, it requires availability including Friday evenings, full availability Saturday & Sunday, and weekday evenings for Special Events during nonpeak seasons.
