Job Description The opportunity Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring a part-time Host to join our team at Centrico and Tiendita in Anaheim, California. As a Host, you will be responsible for welcoming guests and managing the host station. What will you do? Maintain reservation system, seating, and guest flow with discretion Inspect dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup Anticipate guest needs and handle special request, dietary notes, and guest preference with care and discretion Speak with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, respond to complaints, and thank guests as they are leaving Answer the restaurant telephone line during assigned hours of operation More about you Minimum 1 year of experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting Ability to maintain a composed, gracious presence while managing the energy of the entrance and waiting area.
