Minimum Work Experience
Minimum of 5 years recruitment experience; healthcare recruitment

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that the Human Resources Department has an internal and
external reputation of competency, fairness, confidentiality and
the highest level of customer service.
Remain current on all applicable laws, regulatory compliance and
standards of practice in your area of responsibility.
Responsible for filling open positions in a timely manner and in
accordance with established "time to hire" metrics including but
not limited to processing personnel requisitions, sourcing,
screening, and interviewing candidates.
Partner with the hiring manager and demonstrate in depth
understanding of the position requirements including required and
preferred criteria, appropriate candidate sourcing avenues and an
