    • Will gather/coordinate data, review backgrounds and pre-employment drug screens for applicants
    • Data entry of new hires & review of time records
    • Coordinates new hire and termination checklists completion.
    • Audit of Pay Plans
    • Assist with Leave of Absence Documentation
    • Prepares new hire packages and binders for new hire orientations and schedule trainings. Notifies employees and managers of training.
    • Draft routine responses to employee emails and phone inquiries
    • Conducts new employee orientation and onboarding.
    • Assist employees with personnel information and interpretation of HR policies and procedures, as directed.
    • Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
    • Provides administrative assistance to all HR functional areas.
    • Responsible for handling other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
      • High school diploma or equivalent.
      • College degree or experience preferred.
      • Minimum 5 years' experience working with Word applications drafting correspondence
      • Proficiency drafting and updating Excel spreadsheets
      • Must possess strong interpersonal communication and written skills
      • Helpful to have working knowledge of Paylocity
      • Great attitude with high-energy personality.
      • Professional appearance and work ethic.
      • Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.*All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include: background checks and MVR in order to qualify for employment*
