Adecco is assisting a local client in Anaheim -CA that specializes in workforce development services, recruit for a Talent Acquisition Specialist.This is a temp to hire position, with pay of $22.01 an hour. Monday to Friday 8:00 to 5:00PMResponsibilities - - - - - - - Responsible for advising, monitoring, and tracking customer participation. - - - - - - - This position counsels and assists customers with job search strategies, personal career advisement, and training needs. - - - - - - - You will be responsible for managing day-to-day relationships with customers, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly with a plan of action. - - - - - - - This role requires that you critique resumes and maintain an understanding of a vast array of occupations/careers for effective placement of customers. - - - - - - - You will also need to demonstrate strategies for re-engaging customers after training completion, show effective use of the standards of the Case Management Model, and the policies and procedures for Career Advisement. - - - - - - - Ensure protection and confidentiality of participants' rights - - - - - - - Successfully document customer success stories internally and externallyQualifications - - - - - - - You have a Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field and/or 2+ years of working in a career counseling role and are ready to make an impact. - - - - - - - Your -goal-oriented, work well under pressure, and are comfortable meeting multiple deadlines.What's in it for you? - - - - - - - $22.01 an hour depending on experience - - - - - - - Weekly Pay!
