Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll
processes in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and
compliance with laws and policies
Review and verify timesheets and wage computations to reconcile
payroll discrepancies
Coordinate with HR and department heads on pay-related transactions
and maintain payroll records
Qualifications
Associate's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Human
Resources, or related field
1-3 years of payroll processing experience, preferably in
healthcare
Proficiency with payroll systems and Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of federal and state wage laws and healthcare payroll
compliance
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
