Responsibilities
Manage and execute full cycle recruitment for sourcing qualified talent
Proactively identify and source appropriate talent for open roles within the organization
Strategically utilize methods to source passive candidates
Maintain constant communication with hiring managers to ensure all hiring needs are known and met in a timely and efficient manner
Have strong knowledge and understanding of the roles
Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
Prioritize, organize and manage workload efficiently
Requirements
5+ years' experience in developing and executing high-volume recruiting strategies
Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
Expertise in recruitment best practices, interviewing, digital recruitment, and knowledge of employment law as it pertains to recruitment
Excellent knowledge of the duties and competencies of different roles
Excellent communication skills
Well organized and detail oriented
