Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Engineer (PHP) to develop and
maintain high-performance PHP applications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable PHP applications while
optimizing performance and reliability
Troubleshoot and resolve complex performance issues using
observability tools like Dynatrace
Collaborate with engineers to implement improvements and mentor
junior engineers on coding standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related
field (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of hands-on experience in PHP development with a strong
understanding of PHP frameworks
Experience with data tools such as MySQL, Memcache, ElastiCache,
and Elasticsearch
Familiarity with caching strategies and performance
optimizations
Experience with observability tools like Dynatrace for monitoring
and troubleshooting application performance
