Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead MF Application Developer.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy code on a mainframe
platform based on user specifications
Create and maintain documentation for all development processes,
including specifications and user guides
Provide technical assistance and leadership to the team, ensuring
timely and correct delivery of work
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field (or equivalent experience)
At least 8 years of COBOL programming experience in an IBM z/OS
mainframe environment
Experience with technical leadership and mainframe technologies
Production support experience, including break-fix support
Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile,
Waterfall)
