Key Responsibilities
Translate employee and manager workflows into HR product
opportunities
Build prototypes or functional MVPs and outline requirements for
system integrations
Lead stakeholder discovery sessions to identify HR AI/automation
opportunities
Required Qualifications
10+ years in product management with 2+ years focused on
AI/ML-powered tools
Experience building or prototyping tools using LLMs or decision
systems
Strong fluency in HR systems or organizational strategy
Hands-on experience with tools like LangChain or vector
databases
Collaborative and skilled at connecting processes and platforms
