Job Description:
Associate Attorney – General Liability/Professional Liability
(Los Angeles) A mid-sized law firm—consistently recognized as a

associate with a minimum of three years of experience to join its
Los Angeles office. While a background in defending general and/or
professional liability matters is preferred, it is not required.
This hybrid position (with two remote workdays per week) offers

for professional growth and advancement. Key Responsibilities:
Manage general liability and/or professional liability cases from
inception to resolution Conduct legal research, draft pleadings,
motions, and discovery Take and defend depositions; attend
hearings, mediations, and trials Collaborate with attorneys,
clients, and opposing counsel Maintain an 1850 billable hour target
Qualifications: JD from an ABA-accredited law school; CA Bar in
good standing 3 years of civil litigation experience Excellent
legal writing, communication, and organizational skills Comfortable
handling depositions, court appearances, and mediations Trial
