Job Description Job Description Job Title: Associate Manufacturing Technician Location: 100 Nagog Park, Acton, MA 01720 Shifts: Weekend AM (Fri–Sun, 6am–6:30pm) / Weekend PM (Fri–Sun, 6pm–6:30am) Pay Rate: $26.40–$30/hr (W2) Job Summary: Join a fast-paced, innovative manufacturing environment supporting advanced automated production. You’ll operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment across technologies such as heat staking, laser welding, PCB handling, robotics, metal stamping, and medical packaging. This role requires mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to quality. Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and maintain automated manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic repairs. Maintain raw materials, run production jobs, and ensure on-time delivery. Follow GMPs and safety protocols; maintain clean work areas. Use measuring tools and computer systems for quality and inventory tracking. Support process development, equipment validations, and new product transfers. Qualifications: High school diploma and 3 years of manufacturing experience. Experience with automated equipment and HMIs preferred. Knowledge of mechanical tools, measuring instruments, and basic math. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork. Medical device or cleanroom experience a plus. Physical Requirements: Stand ~75% of shift; walk ~50%. Reach above shoulder and below waist, push/pull, lift up to 20 lbs.
