    • Collect and combine all data related to new plant placed in relation to individual jobs completed.
    • Create clear design Asbuilt maps detailing all new plant placed by construction for each job completed.
    • Monitor incoming requests for design verifications.
    • Coordinate and schedule site verifications when needed.
    • Upload all completed documents for job closure.
    • Work with supervisors and/or sub-contractors to obtain any missing details required when needed.
    • Perform assigned tasks as related to specific functions that may include any combination of general clerical duties, tasks, or special projects as required or assigned (i.e. answering phones, filing, data entry, making copies, etc.).
    • Maintain a neat and orderly office environment.
    • Other duties as assigned.**Qualifications:
      • Experience using Adobe.
      • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively in person and in writing.
      • Proficiency in the use of computers, office equipment, and office software.

      • Willingness to work shifts as assigned, including daily overtime and some weekends when necessary.
      • Must be able to pass background and drug screen.
      • Must be willing to work overtime and some weekends as needed.
      • Standing - 6 to 8 hours daily.

      • Bending/Twisting - 0 to 2 hours daily.
      • Repetitive Motion (grasping, manipulation) - 0 to 2 hours daily.
      • Lifting (weights up to 100 lbs.) - occasionally.
