Job Description:

This position is responsible for supporting the customer service and warehouse team with various daily activities. Primary responsibilities are receiving/picking, order expediting and order/quote data entry. This role works closely with warehouse team and customer service team to ensure internal/external customer satisfaction. Daily Duties Assist Warehouse (Receiving / Picking) Expeditor Manage OTD Report for CS Team Manage Unconfirmed PO Report Manage CS Support Reports ( Various GP Smart List) Manage Sales Inbox Assist with Rebate/SPA renewals Assist with Quote Data Entry Assist with Order Data Entry Requirements Good interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a customer service attitude-must meet daily deadlines with little supervision Pays close attention to accuracy and details Excellent written and verbal communication skills 2 years of Customer Service, Expeditor and/or Data Entry Proficient in MS Office Time management, ability to prioritize Problem solving and critical thinking skillsby Jobble
