children, teen, young adults, and their families. As specialists in

unique needs. South Coast Community Services has a Bilingual
Program Supervisor position available in our OC Wraparound program
. You will provide effective program and administrative
supervision, training, and support to program staff in the Anaheim
area. As a Program Supervisor , you will be responsible for the
management of the Program's operation. You will provide effective
program operation, supervision, training, and support to the
program staff and ensure quality assurance for contract compliance.
You will offer clinical and behavioral guidance and feedback for
providers. You will also track program progress, and audit
services, and attend stakeholder meetings. You will be responsible
for the program's completion of all related documentation and
provide practical training to staff to ensure productivity,
timeliness of documentation, and correct charting. In addition, you
will engage community partners to build collaborative professional
relationships. Highlights: This position is it is a great "stepping
stone" management position and does not require full licensure
(eligible as a pre-licensed staff but will require clinical
supervision from our QA Department if pre-licensed)

professional development KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Must be
proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and QuickBooks. Must
be able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing. Must
be able to author and produce their own emails, letters, reports,
and other documents in a professional manner. That is, documents
and correspondence should be relatively free of grammar and
spelling errors. Ability to interact professionally and effectively
with all levels of employees within the organization, including
peers, co-workers, and supervisors. Must be detail-oriented and
have the ability to complete documentation in a timely manner.
Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-through
skills. Ability to appear to work every day and on time. Must have
reliable transportation as travel up to 2 hours between office
locations and within the community is required. Ability to follow
directions from a supervisor. Ability to understand and follow
posted, printed, and/or electronic work rules and procedures.
Ability to accept constructive criticism in a respectful, open, and
interactive manner. Experience working with people over the phone.
Must have the ability to perform efficiently and effectively with
multiple interruptions. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain a
staffing schedule ensuring that no more than ten (10) FTE
Wraparound OC staff, Care Coordinators, Parent Partners, and Youth
Partners, are under direct his/her supervision at any time.
Maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with
her/his staff in order to provide maximum support to Participants
and families. Attend a minimum of one (1) Wraparound OC meeting per
month held by SSA or designee. Attend monthly WRIT and POC
presentations. Inform the County of an emergency or critical
incident involving the Participant and submit the necessary
paperwork. Ensure that all documents and procedural forms are
signed and submitted to WRIT within designated time frames. Ensure
accuracy and timeliness of POC and all other documents requiring
Wraparound Supervisor's signature and/or approval. Notify the
County of changes in Family Team composition, through the update of
the Phase and Progress Report. Maintain accountability for all
Wraparound Policies and Procedures as provided by WOG or WRIT.
Provide orientation and training in Wraparound OC to all new Care
Coordinators, Parent Partners, and Youth Partners. Monitor service
utilization, review monthly reports and POCs/ Prevention and Safety
Plans and provide feedback to Care Coordinators. Monitor Flex Fund
expenditures, MIDS entries, and reports for accuracy. Monitor
situation(s) in which Participant(s) may be at-risk of placement
disruption and ensure timely submission of COR. Monitor and report
to County all Care Coordinator, Parent Partner, and Youth Partner
activities if called to testify in Juvenile Court and/or if
Wraparound OC records are subpoenaed. Conduct regular meetings with
Care Coordinators, Parent Partners, and Youth Partners to share
information regarding Wraparound issues and the status of
involvement with individual families, including a minimum of one
(1) hour per week of individual supervision, and regular team group
supervision. Individual supervision shall include ongoing feedback
and support regarding each Care Coordinator's, Parent Partner's,
and Youth Partner's strengths as well as areas requiring
improvement. Provide Care Coordinators, Parent Partners, and Youth
Partners with tools to maximize safety; i.e., cell phones/pagers,
training on community safety, and remain receptive to Care
Coordinators, Parent Partners, and Youth Partners' needs concerning
community safety. Be available to provide clarification, direction,
support, and emergency crisis management to Provider's direct
service staff twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) seven days a
week, including holidays, utilizing an on-call system after normal
direct service hours. Participate in mandatory training and ensure
that Care Coordinators, Parent Partners, and Youth Partners also
participate in mandatory training as determined by County. Provide
coverage for Care Coordinators, Parent Partners, and Youth
Partners, as needed. Attend one (1) Participant and Family Team
meeting per Care Coordinator per month and utilize Team Observation
Form, or similar tool, to ensure fidelity to the Wraparound process
and to provide staff with behavioral feedback. Assist Care
Coordinators, Parent Partners, and Youth Partners in empowering
Family Teams; i.e., building on strengths, meeting needs, and
utilizing community resources. Conduct meetings, including ETMs,
with Family Team members to solve challenging issues, as needed.
Provide Care Coordinators, Parent Partners, and Youth Partners with
ongoing assistance to work through crisis situations as well as
day-to-day troubleshooting. Review all Participant cases pending a
conclusion with the Care Coordinator assigned to the case, and
ensure adequate transition planning. Conduct regular performance
evaluations for staff assigned for supervision. Ensure boundaries
are established and maintained between staff and Participants
and/or Participants' families. Review and approve requests for Flex
Fund expenditures, as indicated on the POC and Family Budget.
Review and verify Flex Fund usage procedures are in compliance with
Provider established fiscal strategies. Review Wraparound and
Medi-Cal case notes for families served by Care Coordinators under
supervision. Review all documentation prepared by Care
Coordinators, Parent Partners, and Youth Partners under
supervision, for services provided by Wraparound and Medi-Cal.
Review program documentation to ensure accuracy and fidelity to the
Wraparound process. Participate in a minimum of six (6)
"Professional Growth for Wraparound Supervisors" training each
year, as offered by County. Adhere to the Code of Conduct as
required by Provider and County. In the absence of the Program
Director, the OCW Supervisor must be readily available on a
temporary basis, to take on the leadership role provided that he or
she is licensed and has been directly supervising a team of staff
for at least a year. Performs other related duties as required and
assigned. Requirements: --- Master's degree in social work,
psychology, nursing, occupational therapy, or a related field from
an accredited college or university. --- LCSW/MFT/LP and must be
BBS registered (Associate Licensed is OK) --- Experience working
with children and/or schools preferred. --- Minimum one-year
supervisory experience preferred. --- One (1) year of experience in
human services, preferably case management. --- One (1) year of
experience in care coordination or similar experience. --- One (1)
year of experience working with the target population. --- Valid CA
driver's license and proof of automobile insurance. --- Completion
of CPR/First Aid certification within the first thirty (30) days of
