Plus, you will have the opportunity to relocate to one of our 1,000+ locations.Additional duties include the following:Safe maintenance and repair of a variety of complex customer owned equipment involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systemsMaintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) in a complete and timely manner on a daily basisUpsell and demonstrate a wide array of complex equipment for customersWhen required, travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance of customer owned equipment; must maintain service vehicle in a clean and professional mannerAssist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & partsOther duties assigned as neededJob Requirements:High School diploma or equivalentValid driver's license with acceptable driving record3-5 years of experience repairing/maintaining equipment and toolsAdvanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of toolsKnowledge of construction equipment and strong mechanical background knowledge of various enginesMust own tools applicable to positionSuperior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skillsAbility to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs.Tool Service Tech III-CESAs a Tools Service Tech III - Customer Equipment Services (CES) at United Rentals, you'll use your skills to perform maintenance and repairs of complex equipment with limited or no supervision in a highly skilled, safe, and professional manner.
