As our team builds and supports new applications at a rapid pace, we are looking for an exceptional Admin Coordinator. Responsibilities: Provide administrative and secretarial support to senior level management. Experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with SAP invoicing, expense processing, travel booking, and expense reporting. Exceptional secretarial skills (60 wpm typing, word processing skills for both routine and detailed reports, exceptional communications/presentation skills both written and verbal). Previous senior management required. Uses judgment and discretion on putting through calls to senior management interrupting meetings. Handles travel arrangements and schedules meetings. Other duties may include: placing, receiving, routing calls, handling incoming mail, filing photocopying, faxing, maintaining files and records, and other general office duties. Must have the ability to execute these tasks at an authoritative level. Will be called upon to go above and beyond the call of duty and provide all levels of understanding and support to upper management. Basic Qualifications: 2 - 8 years of experience required Technical experience would be a plus. Project admin would be a plus. Will be responsible for timesheets, project time/balance tracking, updating weekly status report. Will be printing duties as well. Required Education: HS/AA Preferred Education: BS Additional Responsibilities: Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts. Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, etc. Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base. Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
