Job Description:
Key Responsibilities: --- Have an in-depth understanding of the
business, participate in the management works of the game division
from the perspective of HR, establish a common understanding and
keep aligned with the business department--- Familiar with local
recruitment channels in North America, lead and implement
recruitment, and help the business to build the talent pipeline---
Help the business department to focus on the personal development
of employees and establish effective development channels--- Lead
or participate in the implementation of various human resources
projects to provide help and support in cultural implementation,
talent introduction and elimination, organizational structure
optimization, performance management, organizational development
and training, employee relations, etc
Job Requirements: --- Bachelor's degree or above from a recognized
university--- More than 3 years of recruitment or HRBP experience,
and have a certain understanding of the game industry--- In
addition to recruitment, candidates with 0-1 and successful
implementation experience in any of the culture, training and
performance modules--- Have strong business sense, high emotional
intelligence, strong execution and able to work under pressure---
Good at thinking, innovation, and integrating resources to drive
goals to achieve results--- Strong affinity for critical thinking,
hands-on execution, problem-solving, and delivering outcomes---
Good at Chinese and English
