-Job description -Customer MarketerLA Golf is the creator of the most technologically advanced putter and shafts in decades, made by hand in California and inspired by insights directly from its player partners. -LA Golf was founded by Reed Dickens, the founding CEO of Marucci Sports, which also partnered with the greatest players in the game to dethrone legacy incumbents Louisville Slugger and Easton.LA Golf is looking for a Customer Marketer to connect with customers and build strong relationships through one-on-one communications, customer support, servicing, and engaging marketing/sales campaigns. The mission is to provide seamless customer support while building a community of brand advocates.This position supports the sales and marketing teams by increasing customer advocacy, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and increasing loyalty and retention. In addition, LA Golf is looking for a customer marketer who wants to flex their creative muscles. This position requires creative marketing and communication skills to engage, support, and motivate customers. -This team member should be personable, an outgoing marketer, and an effective communicator who can act as a liaison between customers and the rest of the organization to create an incredible customer experience and reach business goals.Strategic responsibilities:

  • Manage the customer service channel, including servicing all in-bound communications and customer connection points.
  • Build rapport with customers to unsure their experience with the brand and product.
  • Engage customers to generate repeat orders, referrals, and cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Support customer engagement and communication programs, such as in-person/virtual events, marketing executions, and promotional programs.
  • Help marketing and sales meet business objectives through customer advocacy initiativesTactical responsibilities:
    • Manage in-bound communications and customer service needs
    • Compose and send customer emails
    • Managing and inputting Product Orders
    • Manage and maintain engagement and customer loyalty programs
    • Manage a library of up-to-date customer success stories
    • Manage annual/biannual/quarterly customer satisfaction surveys to drive change throughout the organization
    • Develop a customer lifecycle campaign program and work with marketing operations to implement
    • Target customers for upsell, cross-sell, and advocacy opportunities
    • Provide product feedback to the Product Management team.Personal qualities:

      • Strategic thinker that can see beyond the day-to-day grind to help reach marketing and sales goals, create a stronger brand, and improve the customer experienceKnowledge & previous experience:
        • Bachelor's degree with emphasis on communications and/or marketing
        • Previous Customer Service, Customer Success, or Account Management experience
        • Technical knowledge or understanding of the latest digital marketing tools and channels, including Customer Relationship Management platforms and marketing automation platforms
        • Experience creating or executing marketing campaigns and programs that drive customer engagement and advocacy
        • Ability to write effective copy; graphic design capabilities are a plus
        • Familiarity with B2C marketing, lead generation, and sales processesSupervisory Responsibility - -This position has no supervisory responsibilities.Work Environment - -This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, inventory management systems, and other software tools.Position Type/Expected Hours of Work - -This is a full-time position.
