PurposeWe are looking for a visual architect to join our creative team. An artist who puts design first, and obsesses over kerning and x heights. A creator who enjoys building visually captivating worlds for brands that draw us in. A disruptor, looking for new and ways to create beautiful things. A strong collaborator, who can translate every presentation into elevated eye candy. This builder is a student of design, not just staying current with composition, color and type trends, but pushing for what's next.
Job Responsibilities

• Create stunning graphics for trailers, sizzles, entertainment and brand campaigns, and deck presentations
• Create design style guides, styleframes and storyboards
• Help set visual narrative with Art Director for in-house campaigns and pitches
• Develop provocative, eye-popping visual designs that help communicate the campaign narrative
• Consistently deliver high quality, formatted, presentation decks
• Develop systematized design materials that can be easily updated
• Creative and conceptual design with a strong ability for visual storytelling
• Be a leader regardless of title
• Be a curious instigator
• Be the wildcard
• Manage time to consistently meet design deadlines
• Collaborate across departments including, Insights, AV, and Graphics, Motion
• Consist quality control across projects. Adhering to client/campaign brand guidelines
• Mentor and guide younger designers
  Required Skills
  • 3-5 years as a designer in digital, social, or traditional marketing
  • Refined design aesthetic
  • Exceptional compositing abilities
  • Strong title sequence design experience a must
  • Excellent time management
  • Highly refined design sensibilities, with an awareness, understanding and interest in contemporary design trends
  • Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality
  • Skills in animation, motion graphics, AR, or VR a plus
  • High level of expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to work with Animators (motion design)
  • Proficient in Google Suite
