Find your future with us.The Boeing Company has an exciting opportunity for a Program Integration project lead to join the Ground Segment (GS) Engineering Capability, supporting the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) business organization. The GS capability spans multiple operational domains including Command and Control (C2) systems for satellites, unmanned air vehicles (UAVs), unmanned underwater vehicles, including multi-domain solutions, as well as mission management and mission data processing for these systems. The Program Integration lead role supports the BDS Ground Segment leadership team and will work across the GS capability to promote and enable program adoption of the Ground Reference Model and Multi-domain common service portfolio offerings. The Program Integration lead reports to the Ground Segment Capability Sr. Manager. Position can be located at any major Boeing location with a 100% telecommuting option. Find your future with us.Position Responsibilities: --- Promoting and enabling program adoption of the GS Ground Reference Model (GRM) and Multi-domain common service (MDCS) offerings.--- Understanding BDS Programs strategic initiatives to identify common capabilities and reuse opportunities. --- Working with program implementation leads for integration of GRM and MDCS portfolio offerings.--- Collaborating with the MDCS and GRM teams to evaluate changes and maintaining change control of technical baselines as they apply to program adoption of GS catalog offerings.--- Support analysis and assessments of future opportunities to develop ground segment capability roadmaps.--- Continue the momentum of maintaining a connected community across ground segments in order to leverage developments and innovations across BDS. -Telecommuting - work on-site when needed - This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate may be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. Ability to obtain Secret US Security clearance (Post-Start).Basic -Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
    • Experience in defense ground segment development with at least three years in a leadership capacity.
    • Knowledge of Model Based Systems Engineering.
    • Experience in CONOPS development and execution of trade studies.Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
      • Demonstrated understanding of current industry issues, programmatic and regulatory trends, and industrial capabilities/limitations.
      • Demonstrated understanding of Ground Segment capabilities including Mission Planning, Command and Control Mission Optimization, Mission Data Processing, and Systems Engineering.
      • Experience collaborating and influencing in a highly-matrixed and globally complex environment.
      • Ability to effectively communicate vision and partner across the enterprise and lead through influence rather than through direct control of resources.
