Scheduling meetings and appointments. Managing operations projects. Establishing long-range, weekly, and daily production schedules consistent with sales forecasts, on hand inventory levels, customer orders and plant capacity. Monitors finished and materials inventories, tracks progress of production, and reviews factors which affect schedules. Strong collaboration with Supply Chain, Operations, Kitchen, Production, Fulfillment, Finance, Quality, and other teammates will be critical to meeting key goals for this role.Essential Duties:--- Organized the COO's calendar, email and coordinate calls communicating changes and preparing notes to review prior to any meeting.--- Take notes on important meetings and follow up on project tasks as assigned--- Provides administrative support to Operations Leadership as assigned by COO.--- Manages projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining the cooperation of others, monitoring progress, problem-solving and making adjustments to plans.--- Primary point of contact for internal and external correspondence on matters pertaining to the COO.--- Communicate with all Directors/ Managers on updates of issues.--- Make sure that key projects for operations are progressing according to timeline of the project/goal.--- Identify issue, research situations, draft emails per COO direction to address an issue/problem and follow up.--- Measure performance against production plans and work orders--- Produce reports and KPl's to track results--- Facilitate Hours control weekly on Tue/Friday. Maintain a calculator for employee headcount based on volume and Labor Per Meal (LPM) to drive cost down and keep operational departments on budget.--- Creation, follow up and control of Operational SOPs--- Communicate with vendors and the CEO's assistant on equipment purchases and shipments to Nevada and Pennsylvania. Also created an excel sheet with all quotes, payments, dimensions and notes for better tracking.--- Internal QA: send data reports on Monday to the QA team for revision and control program participants--- Dept improvement: track progress of projects and followed up on pending tasks to ensure that they are progressing according to timeline of the project/goal.--- Create and maintain forms in --- Maintain monthly 5S reports with Managers--- Took on the task to create briefing notes and send out email to all groups as well as handing out nomination's gifts--- Collected data and analyzed monthly costs for Waste log and Refire Log and ensured it is accurate which helps us identify bottlenecks and waste of unnecessary materials.--- Created the shipping and fulfillment tracker to track all order picked and packed in Fulfillment based on metrics given by Yuzo, CIM at the time.--- Assist the new managers on understanding the workflow of the plant with SOPs, drawings and discussing processes in areas of the plant.Tools: Notepad, pen, computer, MS 365, Office Suite (Advanced Excel, Work, Share Point, Outlook, Teams, Zoom and other related business apps as assigned.Competencies:--- Demonstrated confidentiality.--- Excellent knowledge of standard office administrative practices, best business practices and procedures.
