Job Description:

We are looking for a self-driven and ambitious Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling the full cycle of accounting duties for multiple entities. The Full-Charge Bookkeeper must work closely with the Accounting Manager to ensure all transactions are properly allocated. To ensure successful you should have advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting systems, excellent excel skills and a keen eye for detail. Additionally, this position efficiently handles all the accounting needs of the company, streamlining the business. You will support the Accounting team through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.*Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: *Responsible for full cycle accounting duties for multiple entitiesAccounts payables and receivablesVerifying and posting transactionsCredit card transactions and recordkeepingReconciliationMonth-endProcess annual 1099 formGeneral journal entriesEnsure accuracy in general ledgerPrepare and submit monthly and quarterly tax returnsCarry out clerical duties such as filing, copying, printing, scanning and emailingAP/ARSpecial projects, as needed*Requirements and Qualifications** Outstanding communication* QuickBooks online and full charge bookkeeping experience* Excellent organizational and time management skills* Analytical problem solver* Proven admin or assistant experience* Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills* Highly Proficiency in MS Office specifically Excel* Ability to follow proper channels of policies & procedures, communication & work standards* Skill in maintaining a harmonious work atmosphere, practicing excellent customer service* Skill in speaking clearly and using proper grammarJob Type: Full-timePay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Retirement plan* Vision insurancePhysical setting:* OfficeSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Day shift* Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:* Anaheim, CA 92807: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:* Associate (Required)Experience:* Microsoft Word: 5 years (Required)* Microsoft Excel: 5 years (Required)Work Location: One location
