Job Description:

Staff Boom is an outsourcing company based out of Anaheim, California and with locations in the Philippines and Peru. At Staff Boom we specialize in customized staffing and consulting solutions for small to medium sized businesses with primary emphasis on the *_insurance industry_* including insurance retailers, wholesalers, and carriers. We provide outsourcing services in our remote facilities, these services include: Insurance Back Office, Accounting/Finance, Customer Service, Lead Generation, Data Entry, IT, Marketing, Legal Support Services among others.

Staff Boom is looking to hire an Account Executive to join their team! This position is responsible for driving new business sales as well as existing client revenue retention and growth. Our Account Executive must feel comfortable speaking with different levels of clients and often travel to conferences, business meetings, industry events, and client offices. You must be able to start and maintain healthy relationships with clients through socialization by phone, email or in person.

*Desired Skills & Experience*

* In depth sales experience and proven track record against getting good campaigns & generating revenue
* Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, presentations
* Excellent negotiation skills
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
* Self-motivated
* Goal-oriented, organized team player
* Experience in business to business sales preferred
* Insurance industry background a plus

*Key Activities/Responsibilities*

* Identify potential leads independently through networking, cold-calling and/or other sources in the assigned territory/geography
* Creating and closing new business opportunities for the company
* Work closely with functional teams in ensuring successful execution of projects.
* Develop relationships with potential clients through presentations, business networking, telephone calls, personal emails, personal mailings, business forums, and/or other business or social Networking.
* Generate client awareness and preference for the business and its services. May include developing/sending promotional material, authoring articles, presenting in business forums, business associations, etc.
* Identify and close specific sales opportunities within target companies.
* Recommend which opportunities the business should pursue using criteria such as highest probability of winning, profit potential, etc.

*Education, Experience and Certifications: *

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field preferred or equivalent experience

*Work Experience: *

* Should have minimum 5 years of relevant experience
* Experience in transitioning campaigns on board (Inbound/Outbound) Lead Gen, Survey, and Sales
* Should have in depth knowledge in negotiating/quoting prices of different work models
* Insurance industry knowledge is a bonus

*Compensation*

* Competitive Salary plus commission
