Job Duties:

Troubleshoot and repair PCs, printers and scanners

Windows 10 support

Perform desk side support service

Imaging / Re-imaging desktop and laptop machines

Software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting

Document supported system and application procedures and processes

Keep abreast of technology changes and proactively look for opportunities to improve service

Hourly range from $24 - $27 depending on experience

2+ years of experience in a IT Support/Desktop Support role preferred

Working knowledge of Windows 10

Bachelor's degree preferred

High School diploma or equivalent accepted

Ability to multitask, troubleshoot, and meet deadlines promptly
