Job Description:
A company is looking for a Dwelling Claims Experience Advocate
to handle large property losses efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and manage dwelling and condo claims from initiation to
resolution
Settle claims fairly and communicate decisions to customers
effectively
Identify subrogation opportunities and ensure compliance with
policy and state guidelines
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2+ years of technical claims handling experience
Extensive experience with losses valued over $10K and large
inventories of contents
Prior knowledge in dwelling damage and experience with national
property service vendors
Experience handling claims with suspicious flags
Must be licensed as a Property & Casualty adjuster in the resident
state
