About the Role

A growing company is seeking an Equipment Procurement Manager to oversee the purchasing, sourcing, and supplier management of essential equipment. This role is responsible for vendor negotiations, cost control, contract management, and inventory tracking to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate has strong procurement experience, negotiation skills, and a keen eye for optimizing purchasing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Manage the full procurement lifecycle for equipment, from sourcing to delivery.
  
• Identify and maintain supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and pricing to secure the best value.
  
• Oversee budgeting and cost control to align procurement with company financial goals.
  
• Monitor inventory levels and supplier performance, ensuring quality and timely deliveries.
  
• Support store expansions and remodel projects by sourcing necessary equipment.
  
• Conduct market research and vendor evaluations to improve sourcing strategies.
  
• Ensure procurement compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  
• Analyze purchasing trends and implement process improvements for cost savings.
  
  
  Qualifications
  
  
  • 
    
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
    
  • Strong background in equipment sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
    
  • Experience with inventory tracking systems and cost analysis.
    
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills to manage suppliers and internal teams.
    
  • Ability to analyze market trends and purchasing data for strategic decision-making.
    
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects.
    
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
