Job Description:
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Platform Strategist to
serve as a trusted advisor to executives and drive customer success
through strategic platform management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strategy-driven roadmaps aligned with business
priorities
Assist in the creation and participation in the ServiceNow Program
Governance Board
Manage long-term client relationships to drive value from the
ServiceNow platform
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience with ServiceNow
5+ years in process areas such as ITSM, CSM, or HR
10+ years of enterprise-level technical implementation
experience
ServiceNow Certified System Administration Certification
required
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in at least 5 areas
required
