Job Description:
A company is looking for an Asset Support Associate to join
their Loss Mitigation team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize skip tracing techniques and GPS asset tracking to locate
and repossess vehicles
Collaborate with agents and internal teams to ensure effective
vehicle recovery and maintain detailed repossession notes
Stay updated on industry regulations and contribute to the Asset
Management Department's goals and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
1+ year of experience in a repossession-focused role, with
knowledge of industry best practices and regulations
Experience in late-stage collections or automobile recovery
preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and skip tracing
platforms
Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced
environment
