Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Enablement
Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical and logistical support for national events,
including chat moderation and attendee assistance
Monitor technical aspects during live events to ensure smooth event
flow and resolve issues promptly
Assist with event and program data tracking, and contribute to
overall project timelines
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of experience in an operations or event support role
Comfort with using video conferencing and online event management
tools such as Zoom
Proficiency in G Suite and ClickUp or similar tools
Experience in a fast-paced, remote-first environment is a plus
