Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Specialist- Client Orders
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Participate in project kickoff and status calls to evaluate
processes and assist with data alignment for billing
Conduct root cause assessments on issues and defects, providing
findings and possible resolutions
Develop and maintain process/documentation material for clarity and
ease of understanding
Required Qualifications and Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree
preferred
Minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in a project
or process-oriented role within a healthcare environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel/Access,
including familiarity with macros and tools
Experience in revenue cycle management (RCM) preferred
