Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bankruptcy Recovery Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a loan portfolio through the bankruptcy process, ensuring
timely claims filing and member inquiries resolution
Contact charged-off loans and negative share accounts, providing
counseling and negotiating repayment arrangements
Maintain accurate records of collection activities and ensure
compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
One to three years of related experience
A two-year college degree, specialized certification, or completion
of relevant training courses
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word,
Outlook, and Excel
Knowledge of current State and Federal laws regarding debt
collection and bankruptcy proceedings
Must be eligible to become and remain bonded by CUMIS Insurance
